Located in the city center, the Urban Oasis Clubhouse features just six apartments, each with its own private patio. We oversaw the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and design. This development combines the convenience of urban living with the comfort and privacy of a secluded retreat, positioned in a prime location.

Business Center Transformation

Situated in a heritage building, this business center project represents a seamless fusion of history and modernity. We meticulously reconstructed the structure, preserving its historical essence while integrating contemporary interior solutions. Futuristic Business Center

Our latest project redefines the skyline with a state-of-the-art business center featuring a striking glass façade combined with energy-efficient structural innovations. By incorporating advanced energy-saving technologies, we’ve created a workspace that is as environmentally responsible as it is aesthetically pleasing, setting new standards for modern business environments.

Mountain Resort & Dining

Located in the mountainous region, the project features wooden cottages, all surrounded by a private green zone. The construction process utilized advanced building techniques to ensure environmental compatibility and energy efficiency. The resort is equipped with essential amenities including a spa and dining facilities, all integrated seamlessly with the natural landscape to provide a functional, yet tranquil retreat for guests.

Medical Center & Coworking

Starting with only a basic structural frame, our project transformed this shell into a fully equipped medical center. We managed all aspects of interior construction and design, installing over 50 specialized medical cabinets, a café, and a spacious lobby, along with essential storage facilities. The center was designed to efficiently serve both patients and healthcare staff, ensuring a modern, functional medical environment.

Spanish Villa Renovation

We completed an extensive renovation of a seaside Spanish villa, addressing both interior and exterior needs. The project included updates to plumbing, electrical systems, and floors, along with new windows and doors. Our focus was on improving functionality and aesthetics while ensuring seamless integration with the surrounding environment.

Contemporary Villa Upgrade

This stunning modern villa, perched with views of the sea, underwent a comprehensive renovation to enhance its luxurious appeal. The update included the installation of sleek modern tiles and elegant stone countertops. A state-of-the-art kitchen was installed, along with upgraded electrical systems and contemporary lighting fixtures.

Traditional Villa Renovation

We revitalized a classic villa, carefully preserving its historical charm. The renovation included custom wooden furniture and windows, crafted to maintain the original style. Every update was meticulously aligned with the villa’s traditional elegance.

Private Villa

Private villa where we do the complex refurbishment, starting from demolishing work of old ceilings, floors, some walls, electricity and even one column. The column was replaced with forthcoming supporting metal structure. The ultimate works will be included – modernization of HVAC , installation of tiles on the floors, walls and floors in the bathrooms, new cellings with plasterboards, plastering and paintings, new electricity, doors and outside works in accordance with architectural projects.
